Our dealers tell other dealers the relief in having F&I Guys manage the day to day operations in their finance departments. F&I Guys understands the dealer principle needs to work on their business, not in it. Jason Gannon is a minority partner and lead trainer for F&I Guys. He has 17 years of industry experience. Jason brings with him a unique ability to train, coach, and mentor F&I Managers. Jason would tell you his greatest strength is fulfilling individual F&I Manager belief that they can achieve at the highest levels.
MARGO HOUDEDIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Margo has over 10 years of management and customer service experience. She brings her Credit Union experience in the form of managing a collections and recovery team. Margo’s unique perspective paints a clear picture of the stressful financial complications that can occur when a consumer doesn’t take advantage of the protections that F&I products have to offer. She would tell you one of her greatest strengths is her Microsoft Excel expertise.
