Who better than seasoned automobile professionals who understand the current auto sales environment to oversee a successful F&I department?

F&I Guys was created out of the frustration and realization there must be a better way forward for F&I revenue production. We provide weekly F&I accountability to all partnered dealerships. Our dealers tell other dealers the relief in having F&I Guys manage the day to day operations in their finance departments. F&I Guys understands the dealer principle needs to work on their business, not in it.     Mark Giguere is the President and founder of F&I Guys. He has 23 years of industry experience. Mark brings with him a broad range of Reinsurance experience. Mark would tell you his greatest strength comes through the empathy of being a fellow entrepreneur who is a trusted sounding board for dealer principles making critical operational decisions.

    Jason Gannon is a minority partner and lead trainer for F&I Guys. He has 17 years of industry experience. Jason brings with him a unique ability to train, coach, and mentor F&I Managers. Jason would tell you his greatest strength is fulfilling individual F&I Manager belief that they can achieve at the highest levels.

    Margo has over 10 years of management and customer service experience. She brings her Credit Union experience in the form of managing a collections and recovery team. Margo’s unique perspective paints a clear picture of the stressful financial complications that can occur when a consumer doesn’t take advantage of the protections that F&I products have to offer. She would tell you one of her greatest strengths is her Microsoft Excel expertise.

    A resident of New Hampshire, Cameron has 6 years of car business experience and a Bachelors degree from St. Anselm College. Cameron would tell you his greatest strength is the ability to cultivate competitive spirits that drive financial and professional success within an organization. His competitive desire to be the best at whatever he does has been the primary contributing factor to his professional success thus far in his young career.

    A resident of New Hampshire, Bryce has 4 years of automotive sales and F&I experience. Prior to that he served our country as a United States Marine for just short of 5 years while earning his degree at Norwich University in Vermont. Bryce is an advanced problem solver and would tell you his greatest strength is his ability to never give up when looking for creative solutions. In addition to him being sales savvy, Bryce also navigates technology with ease which has been one of many driving forces in his success thus far in our industry.
