Jason Gannon is a minority partner and lead trainer for F&I Guys. He has 17 years of industry experience. Jason brings with him a unique ability to train, coach, and mentor F&I Managers. Jason would tell you his greatest strength is fulfilling individual F&I Manager belief that they can achieve at the highest levels.
Margo has over 10 years of management and customer service experience. She brings her Credit Union experience in the form of managing a collections and recovery team. Margo’s unique perspective paints a clear picture of the stressful financial complications that can occur when a consumer doesn’t take advantage of the protections that F&I products have to offer. She would tell you one of her greatest strengths is her Microsoft Excel expertise.
Before joining the auto industry William was a store director in large retail chain. Upon starting his career in the auto industry and early on William held the record for most sales monthly at 41 units, and annually just shy of 300 units. William has also spent time as a Sales Manager and most recently a couple years as a high performing F&I manager.
